All contracted work, additional work requests, and change orders are based upon specific written agreements between the company and the client. Our standard practice is to provide high-value industry expertise to meet client expectations while conforming to PCA professional standards. The company maintains Duval County licensing, State of Florida Incorporation status, and general liability insurance on every job. Business Guarantee
Our painters and finishers are skilled craftsmen that are required to pass pre-employment written and performance tests with a minimum score of 80%. Journeymen have a minimum of five years of full-time experience and first-class painters have a minimum of three years full-time experience. Though we do employ helpers, they are never on a job site without the direct supervision of journeyman workers. At the discretion of the owner, each employee may be subjected to drug-screening and/or a background check at any time. Further, Massey Applications, Inc. guarantees that customers will only pay the full contracted price for work if the following criteria are met:
- We have provided workers who were skilled, prompt, attentive, and courteous.
- We have provided workmanship according to PCA standards.
- We have completed all elements of contracted work.
- We have completed contracted work on time.
- We have cleaned up after ourselves.
- We have met or exceeded the expectations of our client.
Service Warranty
We offer a five-year warranty on properly prepared, two-coat exterior residential projects. The warranty includes a company return to the job site for touching-up or repainting as needed any surface upon which our paint has peeled, cracked, wrinkled, or separated.
